CR - Anyone go to Costa Rica for plastic surgery?

Since the costs in the United States are so prohibitive, I am currently researching plastic surgery out of the United States. Costa Rica is one place that I am researching. I have heard from 2 people (not from this board) who were pleased with results from their procedures there, but I'm trying to find out as much info as possible. surgery is available in St James Hospital, Leeds UK. Only available a private patient (non-insurance)Cost is about $11,000 for Rn Y. Adjustable gastric band, available in Sweden as private patient cost about $12,300 for Lap. Rn Y also available in Spain, Dr Balthazar, cost similar to those above.
