Has anyone been approved for plastic surgery by United Healthcare?

Expect to finance it yourself. Also check your policy very carefully. On mine, besides excising excess skin being an exclusion, they have also tied my hands from doing it myself by refusing to cover anything that could come from it. The fear of having a compication and losing everything is too great for me at this particular time:(
