Question:
Does anyone know of a protein drink sweetened with sucralose?

I just realized I've been drinking GNC 100% whey that is sweetened with nutrasweet. I don't care for the Atkins drink. Any suggestions would be appreciated..Thanks..MJ    — Mary Jane C. (posted on August 16, 2003)

I found a great protein drink at The Vitamin Shoppe. It's called Body Tech (their "house" brand) & it is sweetened with splenda. I buy the strawberry & mix with skim milk. I probably wouldn't have been able to drink it early on since the milk was pretty heavy in my pouch. But now, almost 11 months post op, I love it. I am a firm believer in a protein drink a day for life. I had stopped at about six months and switched to protein bars since I thought I was getting enough from my food. I plateaued for three weeks, and as soon as I went back to the drink, I started losing again (slowly!! but that's another topic).

Yeah - Champion's Pure Whey Stack. The new flavors, Cocoa-Mochaccino and Banana Scream are made with sucralose (Splenda). And they're good! Get samples at vitalady.com. I use about 6 protein drinks a day, and most of them are either Stack or Labrada Proplete.

Yes! I drink the EAS AdvantEdge Carb Control shakes. They have 4 or 5 different flavors and they are ready to drink. A package of 4 is about $5.86 I think. You can find these at WalMart in the Pharmacy section. Be sure to get the Carb Control (in the silver package). EAS has these shakes in purple containers too and these are the ones loaded with the carbs! Hope this helps!

Hi, I drink Isopure no carb. GNC carries it, but you can get it cheaper on the web. Lots of flavors. Mixes with a fork. Cheryl

I drink Champion Whey Protein Banana Scream that I get from Vitalady.com. More and more companies are getting away from nutrasweet.

I believe Atkins shakes don't have nutrasweek ... they have about 20 grams of protein.

SciFit whey protein powders are available from vitalady.com and are sweetened with stevia, a naturally occuring sweetener with no calories. Mixes easily with a spoon. (Stuck on raspberry at the moment!)
