I'm from Pittsburgh and had a lower body lift and breast lift from Dr. Simona Pautler in January of this year. My insurance covered the panniculectomy (which was all I submitted for) and I paid the surgeon's fees for the rest. My results were outstanding and were far better than anything I expected. The difference is unbelievable. Dr. Pautler did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend her. I go on and on about it in my profile if you'd like to check it out :-)
