My sister had surgury with him and would be more than happy to give you any info you need about the doctor, hospital,travel,hotel. she's now 2.5 months post op and down 71 lbs. she couldn't be more pleased. oh, and while your on her site, make sure you sign her weight loss petition, we're trying to take it in front of congress, we need 500,000 signitures before we can present it, so...PASS THE WORD!!!!!

I am having surgery with Dr Aguirre on 8/22/03. So far I have had no doubts, and am confident in his ability. Check out the South of the Border forum...and read the profiles of his patients......There is some great info there, and people willing to answer your questions!!!!

I had my open RNY with Dr. Aguirre in Ensenada on May 5, 2003. I am very happy with my results. No complications and I feel great. He is wonderful. His team is wonderful.
