Question:
Can anyone tell me where i can find Real Meals protein drinks?

I am really interested in trying Real Meals. I would like to know if they carry their products at GNC or other health stores?    — Becca P. (posted on December 10, 2002)

Hi, here is the website for Real Meals: http://www.protein-solution.com/ I started drinking it a few days ago and it made me start losing again. I love that it has vitamins in it, and that you can mix it with only 6 oz of water (1/2 pouch) and that gives you 30 g of protein. I split my pouch up and drink 1/2 of it in the morning and 1/2 in the afternoon for a snack. That way I get in my 60 g of protein. Hope this helps.

I have seen it at a couple health food stores, but it is much cheaper if you go to their website. www.protein-solution.com gives all gastric bypass patients a 25% discount on a case, and they donate a portion of every order to gastric bypass research. It has worked wonders for me. Check my profile.

I found some place else on yahoo that sells it cheaper. House of Nutrition. Here is the page. http://store.yahoo.com/hono/hnfrealmeal2.html The box of 20 packs is $41.97 and if you choose ground shipping it's $5.50 for orders up to $150 then shipping is free. Real Meals is the best tasting drink I have tried so far, much better than Carb Solutions!

There are banners floating around this site they link directly into the company. The site was created especially for post ops taking Real Meals and they have someone available to answer any post op specific questions by email or by phone. They have been very helpful in answering my questions and explaining the difference between different kinds of protein drinks and how they are absorbed. If you can't find the banner (it seems to move around) go to www.protein-solution.com
