Question:
Does anyone have information regarding Yoga

I have recently joined a yoga class with my 11 year old and my mother. I LOVE IT! I am trying to get information to present to the board where I work. I need to give a presentation to attempt to get them to kick in some money for the employee portion of the class. I have an instructor that will come to the facility and give classes for us. I work as an RN and think it would be beneficial for other co workers to be in the class. So...what I am asking for is some ammunition (or where to find it) to present to the board of directors why it would benefit the employees and why they should kick in a little money toward the class. Jean, I am the Marketing/Admissions Director for a Nursing Home. All sorts of health related fields market us. We co-market differet organizations together. They are trying to sell their product just like I am trying to sell mine. Try one of the local Holistic Schools for info/resources. There are lots of different practitioners there. Usually you can find people who will help you put on a Holistic health fair for free, so they can "show their wares" this may be a good idea to break in you bosses. Aromatherapy, Magnets, Reiki, Reflexology, Yoga, Stress relief. Good Luck!! It's hard to get those health care dollars now!! Linda
