I have a few questions about Plastic Surgery/Hernia Repair...

I have a hernia and will need to get it repaired fairly soon. Needless to say, after losing 100+ pounds, I will also need a tummy tuck and boob job. Are there surgeons that will perform all three at the same time, and under what conditions will insurance cover the boob job and tummy tuck? I do get an itchy rash under my tummy and my boobs. Sorry, I don't have a response, but I would like to know the answer to this too. I have a hernia, but want to lose at least 30 more pounds before getting it repaired and it would help financially if I can get the doctor to do it all at one time. The insurance will pay for the hernia repair and TT, I'll pay for the breast implants.
