Question:
Does anyone experience extreme itching from the breastbone down to the feet?

Connie, this sounds like an allergic reaction to something-check your meds/vitamins/talk to a dermatologist....

How far post op are you and did you have an epidural?? Sounds like you are having a reaction to an epidural.

I had this itching problem, only it was every inch of my body. I used all kinds of creams and lotions to try to get it calmed down but nothing really worked. I was told by my surgeon's nurse and by a friend of mine who is a nurse that it was a combination of dry skin and my body shrinking within my skin so quickly. Weird huh. Take heart. It only lasts about a week and a half.
