Question:
have to have alot of water to wash down pills..how will this work for me?

My doctor has me crushing the pills, and I put them in yogart. I bought a little pill cutter/crusher at Walgreens that works great. The capsules I just open and sprinkle on spoons of yogart. You could also just sprinkle them on top of your protein drink if you aren't eating yogart yet. That's what I did at first.

i'm still pre-op but i have purchased a cofee grinder from walmart, fo the purpase of grinding my pills, i hope this helps!
