Question:
Anyone know of fast dissolving vitamins

Ginger, Great name! As you probably know, the chewables act quicker than tablets swallowed. However, drops under the tongue work even faster. In fact, they are directly absorbed into your blood stream w/o the effects of digestion. While a health food store/natural market will offer the better quality, GNC does have a line that is good - especially if your pouch is sensitive to dissolving tablets. Takes a bit getting used to the taste but diluting it with tea or water decrease it's effects. Susan Kane    — Susan K. (posted on August 15, 2003)

Susan ~ Hi! First of all I am not a Shaklee Dist. but Shaklee vitamins are desolve fast, so I've heard. I take them, well lets just say when I remember too! But if you'd like more information about their vitamins, go to www.shaklee.com. I will tell you, they are a bit pricey. However, the Shaklee basics daily strips have 5 vitamins for one day and it costs about $35 a month. Good luck in your search!

Shaklee vitamins are all natural vitamins as opposed to some vitamins that you can buy that are made out of chemicals. Yes, Shaklee vitamins are more expensive but isn't your body worth it. My nutritionist reviewed my Shaklee vitamins that I am taking and she gave the approval for them. Shaklee's Vita-Lea multi does desolve in water in I believe 20 minutes if I remember correctly. GNC does have a great liquid B-complex and a B-12. Fruitful Yield health food stores has a great chewable B-Complex and Calcium Citrate made by Solaray. They don't taste too bad either and I did not dump on them even though they seemed real sweet to me. I am a Shaklee distributor and I mix up some of my vitamin choices due to ones that are chewable and or liquids.

Liquid vitamins have the fastest absorption time. Sublinguals - under the tongue are real good also. Keep them there for thirty seconds before swallowing. Most health food store carry a sub lingual. My surgeon recommends prenatals for women and Centrum liquid(tastes yuckky) for men. I chew my 2 flinstones (grind them actually) and I do a liquid B cladde BTotal that I bought at a health store. My blood work levels are fine. don't get sucked in by any false claims. Do your homework.

I will have to vote for the Shaklee also! They have the fastest absobtion rate when compared to any over the counter or GNC vitamins. And they are considered a 'whole food', without anything added unnatural. The only thing I buy that is not Shaklee is my calcium. Theirs is a carbonate/citrate mixture and I am not sure of the ratio. I have been meaning to look into it as I am so very happy with the Shaklee system.

Hi there, I have been using Shaklee vitamins for almost 8 years. I am almost 2 years out from RNY. I have no trouble at all with any of the SHAKLEE products and highly recommend all of them!! Dana S.
