Question:
To those of you out there who had either Dr. Jones or Dr. Inman of Indianapolis, IN

do your surgery, what was the total cost? Dr. Inman is going to do mine, and I've not got one answer yet. One person told me that the hospital cost was $18,500 and that does not include the surgeon's fee. If it's $5,000 or beyond, doesn't that make it one of the more expensive? I was going to have the surgery done with Dr. Huse, he is in the same office. They told me the hospital costs from 18,000-22,000 and Dr. Huse's fee was $4500.

I am going to have surgery in a week, my insurance won't approve or disapprove before hand. wHEN i asked for the surgery I had put down a 2500 deposit and sign a waiver that I was responsible for all costs. I don't know when I will know what gets paid or not. The waiver estimated doctor Jones' fee to be $6000-$6600, Don't hear from hospital til after they turn it in to insurance to see if they will pay. Told hospital probably 20,000 - 30,000. It really adds to the stress to go thru this and not to know when or how much.
