Question:
Is anyone using Tropical Oasis Liquid Supplement Products?

I've just gotten the Liquid Magnesium and Calcium from Tropical Oasis. Do any of you use this and how has it worked for you? They sent me with it the Multivitamin liquid supplement and the coral calcium powder. Tell me please what you know.    — AJC750 (posted on August 23, 2002)

Hi. I have taken the Liquid Calcium/magnesium/D product from Tropical Oasis for the past 4 months. I don't know about their other products, but I really like the liquid calcium as its much better than the horse pills that are out there to get in your calcium citrate. The taste is decent too. I split up the tablespoon to 1/2 in the am, and 1/2 in the pm, for maximum absorbtion. My latest labs were fine. I had a dexascan a few months ago (bone density) and will have another next year for comparison-guess I'll find out how well the calcium is working then...

If you are a bypass patient..you should take the Citrate...I was going to use the tropical oasis also, but after checking around found that the best calcium for us, because of absorption is the Citrate. As far as labs beong o.k. now..and getting another scan next year to "see how the calcium is doing"....wow, realize that damage done cannot be undone....have you heard Michelle Currans story...if not, and if she does not answer this herself, go to www.vitalady.com and read her story regarding calcium and what happened to her.Scared me right into Citrate!!!

Patricia, the Tropical Oasis brand of Liquid calcium does have calcium citrate (1200 mg/serving). It also has magnesium, vitamin d, and boron - which all help in calcium absorbtion. Here is their website: http://www.tropicaloasis.com/store/calcium.html

I use Tropical Oasis Products~in particular, a product called All-in-One Plus. This supplies ALL of the vitamins and minerals required for "us" (supposedly). It may be an individual thing, but it has a cranberry-aloe vera taste.
