Question:
Will Zinc cause me to dump. Did it cause any of you all to dump.

Zinc hasn't caused me dumping, per se, but it does cause horrible stomach cramps if I take the entire 50 mg tablet at one sitting. So now I break the tablet in half and take half earlier in the day and half at night and have noticed no problems at all.

I take Zinc without any problems.

I dont. I take Zinc everyday for my hair and nails. Has helped a lot. Try it and hopefully it will help you too. Good luck!!!!!
