1 wk post op..... should I stop Crystal Lite and add GATORAID? I AM DEHYDRATIING (MY OUTPUT TODAY HAS BEEN TO LESS TO MESSURE ) AND I have been drinking water/since I got up at 8am)... my psychitrist seems to think because I am over reacting to blood pressure decrease throughout day and that I am dehydrated... I feel since I was on 3 high blood pressure med's pre surg. and blood pb dropped to under 68 in hospital that i should not be concerned..>???? sSO DROP CRYSTAL AND ADD GATERAID?
