Question:
Has anyone had their Human Resource department overturn an

exclusion after recieiving a letter from an Atty stating that they will represent you, if they do not overturn exclusion..I have a self funded policy and was told by united health care choice plus, that the Human resource can overturn an exclusion..thanks    — tylerswife (posted on April 27, 2005)
