Has anyone who is post-op that is still far from goal weight become pregnant?

I don't fit that category, but I have seen a pretty fair number of posts from women who do. It seems like they've all done well. If you really want to find out more, go to www.yahoo.com, choose groups and then do a search on OSSG pregnancy. OSSG stands for obesity surgery support group. This group is generally for those who are, have been or wish to become pregnant after WLS.
