Question:
Can ya'll tell me which protein supplements you all like the best?

SOOOOOO glad you asked! You have to try her Extreme Pure Pro! It's fabulous! It tastes like Kool-Aid! Those 'Milk Shake' type drinks are just too thick and gaggy for me. Can't even stand the smell of them post-op! Anyway, Extreme Pure Pro comes in grape and tropical punch. I like the grape best but my friend, (also post-op) likes the punch. Try both! It's the ONLY one I plan to use as long as I need to supplement my protein with drinks. Good Luck and happy Sipping!

I also like the Extreme Pure Pro - although my favorites are the Pina Colada and Kiwi-Strawberry. I can't stand thick drinks. I also really like the Designer Protein. Most mornings I use two scoops of chocolate powder, 1/2 cup milk, 1/2 cup coffee and mix it up. Some mornings, I prefer diet root beer mixed with the vanilla powder. I am fortuntate that I actually *like* these drinks, as opposed to just tolerating them. Makes it much easier! - Kate -

Hi Stephanie... I really like HMR Health Management Resources... I have used this for some time now and I really enjoy the taste... it is also easy to use for me because it comes in individual packets... the shakes come in thick, rich to lactose-free that can also be made into pudding!! The stuff is great!! As far as flavors go it is chocolate and vanilla but they have lots of recipies using extracts, instant coffee, flat diet soda etc... I love the taste of "Met-RX" Protien Plus....I get it at Walmart, about $14.00 for a container that lasts me about two weeks...You can mix it with water or milk...I mix it in my blender with lots of ice and milk..there are 23 grams of protien in the mix alone...if you can drink milk and add it, then you'll get about 8 more grams of protien. There are only 3 grams of sugar per serving (for the mix). I have one a day, and love it!
