You should always speak to your surgeon before attempting to take any medications like this. You have this surgery to change your way of life, not to get stuck in the revolving diet cycle. You've lost 155 lbs. (CONGRATS!!!) and seem to indicate in your profile that you know what your shortcoming are. That's great. May I suggest that instead of going the diet pill route that you try water loading and eating more solid proteins at each meal/snack. This will keep you fuller longer. Going on diet pills is not the answer to being hungry. Changing your eating pattern/habit IS. Good luck to you.

I know where you are at... You have the surgery I had previously and regained all my weight back so beware its easy to do with this VBG surgery!!!! with RnY surgeries we can no longer do "time release" meds like diet pills.. but VBG can and they work as long as you use them... as you know one usually gains back the wt when you stop. My suggestion is to consult with your surgeon.. if you start gaining any back consider a revision to the adjustable band or RnY. You have come too far to back slide ....congratulations... Obesityhelp will help you alot on support and wisdom on how to be a success (hugs)

Just another fad diet. Pills pills and more pills. This is the return of the old ways/days. I wouldn't touch any of that due to the fact you should eat. Just the right foods. The ingredients could be harmful to you. The right way is to eat healthy foods. Once you do this you just naturaly won't want the other foods, because healthy foods keeps you satisfied longer.. The high fats/carbs makes you want to eat more. You should get with a dietican and try that. Good Luck!

Please be careful with these....I was looking into them until I read on the package insert that one of the main ingredients that makes it so effective is a product that actually forms a gel-like substance in your stomach to make you feel full. This scared me off immediately....I had tried Ultra BetaTrim by EAS (ok'd by my PC), but I only take one a day instead of what they recommend, and I only take them on the days I do weight training (3 days a week). They give me energy, but don't make my heart race or give me the jitters. I found them at WalMart for about $17. Good luck.
