No excessive swelling here. But the surgeon made my penis more pronounced!! Got to love it ;)

Even though I dont have the proper parts to answer this, I know that my girlfriend who had a tt had terrible swelling below her incision line because the tummy tuck compromises your lymphatic drainage system. She was very swollen at the end of the day around her pubic area.
