Question:
Ok- can some one help me out a bit??? I am 4 mths post-op and minus 57 pounds, but...

it seems that my PMS week, I have a lot of trouble w/ wanting to eat, luckily at this stage a bit or two will usually satisfy the carvings that i cannot control on my own and I do not loose that week and one week even gained a pound, is that normal? Next problem- I used to really enjoy sex and was pretty in to it, but now I am really self conscience and real inhibited, what is up w/ that? And last does anyone know of any exercises to help w/ all the dimples on my inner thighs, they look gross. I have been walking daily 1 to 2 miles, will it tone up in time, or what can I do to help? Leigh--Heehee...lots of questions! Maybe I can help a little. As for the weight gain and cravings around PMS time, that's perfectly normal. I'm at my goal weight and I still get bloated around that time of month. And for the sex drive thing, it's because of the fact that you are losing a lot of fat...fat stores estrogen, so you have a lot circulating in your bloodstream. Estrogen is associated with a lower sex drive, so you may feel a bit out of the mood for a while until your body fat gets lower and you stop losing so fast. For your legs...put ankle weights on and wear them around all day. It tones up your entire leg. To speed-tone the insides, wear the ankle weights and do lateral leg lifts with them on. Good luck!!
