Question:
Do you know of a physician in California who take Medi-Cal?

I am posting this for a friend who does not have internet access. She works full time but unfortunatly does not have insurance. She does have Medi-Cal and is in desperate need health wise for this surgery. Does anyone know of any doctors in the state who take this. I am seeing Dr. Jeffery Jenkins, he does take Medi-cal. I have United Healthcare but one of his patients is on Medi-cal and she got approved. He is located in Auburn, CA that is just North of Sacramento. He seems to be very warm from what others have stated, although I haven't met him yet. I will on the 28th!

I DO KNOW THAT DR. PETER LePORT IN FONTANA TAKES MEDICAL. ALSO, THERE IS A DOCTOR IN DELANO THAT DOES ALSO. YOU CAN CALL THE DELANO HOSPITAL AND FIND HIS NAME. I CAN'T REMEMBER IT. IF SHE HAS BLUE CROSS, PACIFIC BARRIATRICS IN SAN DIEGO WILL TAKE IT ALSO. GOOD LUCK TO HER.

Hi. Doctor Gladen from Fresno accepted Medicare and Medi-cal but is no longer performing WLS. But Dr. Wolfe in Sacramento does and has a very long waiting list.
