Question:
Anyone have breast lift and implants at the same time?

I am pretty sure my insurance will pay for my TT and breast lift. They have paid for others I know who have had WLS. Anyway, I am getting smaller and smaller and am considering implants at the same time. I was wondering if anyone had done them both at the same time. And especially if anyone had implants when the insurance company paid for the lift. I guess I am wondering if anyone can tell me what I might have to pay for the implants if the lift is already covered at the same time.    — cindy Q. (posted on January 3, 2002)

I had a tummy tuck, hernia repair, scar revision and breast lift with implants all done at the same time. Insurance covered everything but the breast lift and implants. They paid for the hospital part but I paid my PS $4000 for the rest. I felt I needed that since my breasts wasted away to nothing after losing 115 pounds. Good luck - maybe your insurance will pay. Hello: I am almost 5 mos post op and can't wait to start in on my ins co. about a lift and implants. From my understanding they will pay for the lift but I will be responsible for the implant cost. I went from a 44D to a very droopy 32B (HORROR SCREAM) they are absolutely AWFUL!! Even my best friend agrees with me that they are REALLY BAD, and she has always been the one to say "Oh it's not so bad really"....she's the positive one and says REALLY NICE things to lift my spirits....But I have already had 2 yeast infections under my breasts from the loose skin...so that is being medically documented in my chart as well...Good Luck with your Ins Co.

I am 2 weeks post-op, and I had a TT, breast lift and implants done at the same time. Insurance didn't pay for any of mine. With my surgeon, the implants cost $900 or $1,700 depending on whether you get saline or gel implants. My surgeon fee for breast lift with implants was $3400. Therefore, my guess for you would be between $3,000-$4,000.
