My insurance covered my TT, but it was because I was having my gall bladder out at the same time. They deemed since I was already in there and the TT was "marginally medically necessary" they would pay for it. HealthNet Charter/State of Connecticut Employee. Good luck!! ~CAE~

Hi! I am pre-op but last year I had a breast reduction and it was covered 100% by United Health Care who also is covering my DS 100%. They are great to work with! If you are interested in finding out more about breast surgeries w/ a tummy tuck check out www.breasthealthonline. they have a whole section devoted to it! Good luck!

My TT was a little shy of $10,000. My insurance Preferred One paid for it 100%!!! All they needed was a letter of medical necessity from my surgeon that performed the RNY.
