Jack: Thank you for the great recipe..You could also go to the diabetic section in food store and purchase the fat free/sugar free graham crackers and crush them in bottom of pie dish instead of the pie shell. ;-)

Let me clarify some information: As you all know I made a cookbook I and others have spoke of it often..Here is some information you may NOT know.. Eric sure does as we have discussed in detail a plan to offer this cookbook through AMOS.. I pay $17.00 per book for printing and binding costs (if any one wants to see the invoices I'll email you a copy) I sell these books for $19.99, which gives me $2.99 per book to pay for my transportation costs to drive 100 miles away to pick the books up and then purchase the mailing envelope and labels, plus me dealing with returned checks and taking them to post office.. My net profit is ZERO... I made this cookbook for all of us.. It was a labor of love... I make absolutely no profit... Thank you for all the orders, but as you can tell I didn't make this book for profit and fortune.. This is my way of giving back to so many that helped me with support and prayers when I needed it. Thank you AMOS Members.
