Question:
My earlobes have lost weight! Also, noticed more grey hair growing back...

Okay, I just had to share a giggle with you all before i ask my question. I have worn the same earrings since pre-op (a set of amethyst heart-shaped stones in the first holes, and a small set of diamonds in the second hole), and have definitely noticed that my EARLOBES HAVE LOST WEIGHT! How do i know? Because there used to be quite a bit of lobe showing BELOW the earrings, and now my earrings cover the entire lower portion of my lobes!

ABOUT THE GREY HAIR: I had severe hair loss from month 3 through month 6, and started taking biotin and liquid calcium citrate about three weeks ago. Low and behold, my hair loss has practically stopped! However, i now notice tons of grey hair where i previously had only 2 or 3 strands. Anyone else notice this? This is too funny! You really made me laugh. Anyway, I don't know about the earlobes, and I don't have any gray hair but my new sprouts are coming in completely different than my old hair. It's weird, but I always had naturally wavy/curly hair, but my new hair is very curly and very course rather than the fine hair that I used to have. Oh well, I hope I like it!! Denise 280/150/143

I began to lose my hair around the 3 month mark. I'm now 7 months out, and am just starting to see a decrease in hair loss. I used to have VERY thick hair, and now it's VERY thin. Guess I'd be bald by now if I'd started out with thin hair first! I used to keep my hair highlighted, to blend the grey in with the dark brown. My hairdresser didn't want to even consider more haircolor treatments until my hair had started to return. Which I was in total agreement with! As far as the earlobes losing weight, why not? I lost weight in my feet, went from a wide to a medium width shoe.

I noticed that my hair was more great after weight-loss surgery. I think it is because we go through stress and stress our hair gray. There also may be the factor of Father Time kicking us in the butt! I also lost to shoe sizes, but my ears seem to be the same size.
