Hi, I just went into a new store near me. They carried lots of neat sugar-free item. I noticed that had a big jug that looked like Hershey's choc syrup but it was sugar-free. They called it "sauce". It wasn't the clear bottled type. If you e-mail me I can get the info on the brand etc. next time I go in. Your e-mail will remind me and tell me where to send the info. If you are interested.

Try adding no sugar chocolate pudding powder. It makes it a little richer.

SF DaVinci or Torani syrups are great. You can add any flavor for a nice change. A couple of Tbs. SF FF pudding powder will thicken the shake, too. Any or all of these with a few ice cubes in the blender will make a yummy milkshake. For the diehard chocoholics, try either Proscore 100 or Pure Whey Stack protein powders, both made by Champion Nutrition...my personal favs.

Hi Terri- How about the good ole Hershey's unsweetened cocoa that our mom's used? I use that in cream cheese sweetened with Splenda for my version of chocolate cheesecake. It has a nice chocolate flavor. The box says 3 g of carbs per 1 tablespoon, also 1 g dietary fiber per tablespoon, as some people subtract the fiber grams from the total carbs (Atkins). Good Luck, Mea

I like Unjury protein shake powder because it is chocolaty with no aftertaste. Before I found it I added sugar free chocolate syrup from http://www.vitalady.com
