The BTC group recommends sugar free Bugs Bunny Vitamins at first, 1 in the a.m. and 1 at night. As far as protein shakes, I prefer Ultra Pure Protein Shakes which can be obtained online or at GNC. Some people recommend Designer Protein. Good Luck ! Diane C.

Hi!! I have 2 flinstones complete per day, 1 b-12 1000, 3 caltrate tablets. And as far as protien shakes, I finally found the BEST one!! It is "carb solutions". I buy the chocolate it is sooo good. I actually look foreward to my shakes. I have 2 per day, one am and one pm. I mix it with 8oz water, handful of ice, and tsp. instant coffee, sometimes a 1/2 banana. BELIEVE me when I tell you I have tried EVERYTHING out there. My husband can vouch for that, just look in my pantry at all the opened cans of protien powders that I cannot drink because they taste so NASTY!!Oh well. I should really give them away. Good luck!!

There is no one best tasting protein drink. Some people prefer (and I'm sure you'll read their opinions here) one brand over another, one flavor over another. Some people love Coke, others Pepsi. You'll have to do your own taste taste and decide for yourself.

I like Flintstones complete. My surgeon sent me home with Children's Centrum -- they are nasty!

I never used the chewable vitamins so can't address that part of your question. For me, Designer Protein has been the best powdered protein drink. Two scoops of powder mixed with the beverage du jour. Some days I use water, sometimes milk and coffee, sometimes juice, sometimes flat soda (vanilla powder and root beer makes a root beer float). For the pre-mixed drinks, I like Pure Pro. Comes in fruit flavors, very similar to Crystal Light and packs a 40 g. protein wallop with almost no sugar or carbs. It is a big bottle though (22 ozs.) and takes me a while to drink it. I tend to drink one at the gym during and after my workout. Kate

Everybody is different when it comes to taste. To me, all the protein supplements taste bad, but Carb Solutions is the least bad tasting to me (I can usually gag it down). My surgeon recommends a type of vitamins called JuicePlus+ chewables. They are made from fruit and vegatable juice concentrates. I love them - they taste like sweettarts and I have NEVER felt better. I also get a B-12 shot once a month. Hope this helps - Good Luck.

I've been taste testing in preparation for my surgery and I love "Keto" shake. I bought it at a Health/Organic Whole Foods store. It comes in about 10 flavors. I have tried the Banana Creme Pie and it's so good, it feels like your cheating. The energy I feel after drinking it is incredible. Good Luck!

It seems like i need to take alot more vitamins then everyone else....if i want chewables then i was told i can only have Walmart Active Kids 9 a day plus 3500g of calcium citrate. that got to be too much chewing for me so i go Vita-4-life gel caps. i have to take 9 a day....i still haven't found a protein i like...there are alot of suggestions here so i'm gonna try some diffrent ones too....but i do like the Ultra Pure Protein, it's premixed in a can and comes in some good flavors....but it's kind of expensive...i've been buying it though...it's the only one i can seem to tolorate right now.
