Any one had coverage for TT and Breast lift from UHC ppo select?

Dianne, i am curious about the same. I have UHC ppo, they told me if it was a result from my WLS and i had medical problems now from that it would cover 100%. Check with your policy, all are different, the employer can have it excluded, call the number on the back and ask to speak with the care coordinators. They will know your policy best than the reps that answer first calls. Hope this helps. Let me know how all goes. Just strating to look into it myself.
