Question:
Where can I buy protein drinks and/or powder that taste really good?
I am 8 weeks post op and know I'm not getting in enough protein. I need a protein supplement that taste really good where I won't mind drinking it. My nutritionist told me to drink Slim Fast, but I am lactose intolerent and have problems with it. I have noticed my hair starting to shed and my weight loss is to a minimal. I have since started back to work and need something that I can take to work and mix. If you could email me it would be better since I don't get to this website often and I do check my email a few times a week. Hi there. I am no expert by any means, but my personal preference is
ProScore 100 (chocolate). You can get this from several sources to include
http://www.vitalady.com and http://www.netrition.com. Proscore 100 is
lactose free, but tastes like a dream...high in protein and LOW in
carbs...the calorie content is reasonable. I'm sure you'll get lots of
responses to your question...folks here have tried just about every protein
drink and bar on the market!

I haven't tried this yet myself; however, I plan to...I found it on this
site and they say it tastes a lot like crystal light! Go to

Hi,
I have found a few that I like. I found carb solutions (its not quite as
high in protien as some of the others.but its decent). It has 20 grams of
protien, 0 carbs, 0 sugar..tastes ok.but I usually mix it w/some fruit and
ice.I also like problend 55, chocolate flavor. Yummy. I dont use the 2
scoops it calls for though. I just do 1..that has about 28 grams of
protien. There are other good ones out there. I just havent tried them yet.
Ps. I get plenty of protien and my hair is still falling out.

Thanks to Michelle Curran I'm hooked on ProBlend55 Alpine Vanilla... Lots
of others like the chocolate flavor one.. I just mix one scoop & 6 oz

I finally found a protein drink that is tolerable, its called Healthy and
Fit Nutritional, choclate flavor, I mix a half of scoop and 8 oz of lactaid
fat free milk and it tastes like a light choclate milk. Many find egg
protein tastier than whey or soy protein, this is 100% egg protein, it had
