I think I would try KMart or WalMart or even Sears and JC Penneys. BTW Let me tell you that Senior portraits are not cheap. My son's ran over 300.00 and that was not even the top picture.

Yeah- i know, these are not gonna be senior portraits- mine were $900, but if $200 or $300 is average, its better than what i paid... but then again, i went all out on my senior pics..lol

My daughters senior pcis were $150. I had some nice professional portraits done at an art school a few years ago for "cheap". They were professional quality done by a student in the achool's photography studio in Phila. I called the school and they posted my request on their bulletin board. Within 3 days I had several students call me. They showed me their portfolio's and I chose which student I wanted to take my pics. Total cost $45. They got the pictures they needed to add to their portfolio's and I got really nice pics (the teacher reviews them before I get them for quality) for a good price.

For a pre-op portrait (WHICH ALL PRE-OPS SHOULD DO IN MY OPINION. You know you have been hiding from cameras for years; go get your picture taken! In a year you will be delighted that you did.) Sorry, got carried away. For a pre-op portrait I went to a Motophoto strip mall place and they took a picture and put it on a cd for me for about $40. Then for another $25 a year later, I went back and got a postop pic done in the same place and they put that on the same cd. Worked out great. hugs, Ann RNY 9/10/99 260/124

Sears has always done a good job for my family portraits. You can go to their website and even get coupons printed up. Both my children had their Senior pictures done for school and it was A LOT cheaper than going to another portrait photographer.
