Hello, A great place to get great vitamins with great quality and prices affordable are Puritan Pride Vitamins! I get my vitamins from them and this place is the only vitamin company that have sublingual b vitamins in more than 2 strengths! I love their vitamins and they are absolutely wonderful! The website to order the vitamins from Puritan Pride is: WWW.Puritan.com Give them a try and keep me posted! You will love their prices and the excellent quality of their vitamins. They carry a superb warranty on them also! Other places to buy vitamins are Dominicks, Jewels, Walmart and GNC! However, I would highly recommend a multi-vitamin from puritan's pride or Dominicks and the B-sublingual, iron, calcium citrate at any of the above stores that I mentioned. I recommend that you browse the puritan pride's website before making any vitamin decisions. Hope this helps and good luck! Shirley

Hi Monica, My surgeon recommended CVS brand multi-vitamin plus iron. They are no bigger than an aspirin in size so they can be swallowed easily. They only cost about $8. for a year's supply. I've been using them since 4 wks post op and haven't had any problems. You don't have to spend alot of money or go thru alot of hoops to get an effective vitamin. Good luck.

The best prices that I've found on protein shakes are at affordablesupplements.com . I thought their prices were fairly reasonable and their shipping was quite speedy & shipping charge was reasonable. As for vitamins, I just use a chewable supplement from Wal-Mart, along w/a hair supplement from GNC (although I'm told that Wal-Mart's is good too), and a liquid calcium supplement.
