Michelle Curren is the expert on this subject. go to www.vitalady.com and ask her. She is a wealth of info. It is my understanding that the B12 is best injected or under the tongue. In fact, that is the only way my surgeon lets his pts. take it. We cannot absorb the b12 tabs and the gels dont half work. Good luck

My doc told me to only take 3 Flintstones vitamins a day but I take One A Day Essential twice a day and the pills are very small and have everything you need in them.
