What are the nutritional guidelines I shourld follow consuming 600 calories?

Please contact a professional on this on. A 600 calorie diet is very extreme and you will most likely need to a very specialized diet to make sure that you get the nutrients you need to have a healthy body. Just to give you some prospective on this, as far as dieting and caloric intake:: A VLCD -- (Very Low Calorie Diet) is considered by most to be a very severe and extreme diet. A VLCD requires close medical supervision and a special diet... Optifast is an example, nutritional requirements are met by drinking 3 pre-prepared shakes. Sorry that I cannot answer you... but please please please do get in touch with someone to make sure you aren't risking your health.
