bariatric advantage are reasonable good tasting and they don't upset your stomach like some do. go to clebrate vitamins.com and they will send you samples of vitamins calcium and protein powder, if you tell them you are av bariatric pateint. i have drawrs full of vitamins protein that are terrable. if you go to a vitamin shop tell them you will buy nothing unless you get a sample. if they won't do it go to somewhere else tell them why . some will do itsome won't.if thetre product is good and they know itthey will co operate. if not go some where else and explain why you are there. some who wants your bussines will co operate. good luck hank.

I get a liquid B-12 called Ener-B Shot 5000 mcg so I only have to take it once a day. It is natural berry flavor and it taste so good my 15 year old even takes it evey morning as does my husband. You can get it through Puritian's Pride.'s website puritianpride.com. I think I bought 2 for $13.00. I hope this helps you out. Cynthia

The B complex is gross! It's the Folic acid...Such a strong taste! YUCK!!! I get powder filled capsules. It took me years to learn how to swallow them b/c they are soooo big...but the chewable or lozenges make me want to hurl! Sorry, the B Complex does not come flavorless or odor free!

B12 cannot be absorbed by our new pouch if taken orally. It has to be sublingual, daily or injection, monthly or nasal spray, weekly. This is very important.
