Hello Julie hope all is well. To answer your question I go on eBay and I buy a powder called Whey Protein Concentrate. It is a 2 pound tub for $14.99 and free shipping. The users ID is Nutrabio. They are the makers of this product so you get it cheap and cut out the middle man. The powder is tasteless and mixes well. You can put it in anything. I mix mine with Almond Milk in the mornings and Juice in the afternoon. Hope this helps. God bless you.

Walmart has a Whey Protein Isolate powder that comes in a big tub and a variety of flavors. (including Cookie dough)

I vote for the Body Fortress Super Advanced brand found for around $15 at Walmart too. It comes in a 2-lb. tub also. I get vanilla because it's such a basic flavor base for making shakes. Almost anything goes with it....fruit, peanut butter, coffee, etc. As with most powders, if you're going to make say hot chocolate or use it in coffee, mix it with a small amount of cold liquid first to prevent lumps.

before you order so much it makes you sick just know if you buy 1 large one from WalMart it will be enough cause then you can start eating scambled eggs and that is easier to tolerate

Depending upon your income, and they are very generous (not poverty level or even close) Abbott Nutrition has a program where you can get Ensure or other nutritional products for free. They even pick up the shipping cost. It is very simple to apply and qualify for. If you need more info you can email me at [email protected] and I can send you info and links. Please put Re: Abbott Nutrition so that I won't skip over, as I get too much junk mail.

if you are a member of costco they sell 6lbs of chocolate or vanilla whey for $29, Sam's sells 5 lbs of chocolate of vanilla by EAS for a few dollars less, I've also shopped around online and compared supplement warehouse, vitacost, and others...
