Question:
3 and a half months out

hi all, just wondering how many tolerated fruits we can have per day? I have aprx. 2 a day, some mixed berried in my cottage cheese and a nectarine. Will this slow down the weight loss. That's an excellent choice for a snack. The cottage cheese gives you a great source of calcium. The nectarine is a source of Vitamin C and fiber. It's very filling and low in calories. Enjoy it. It should help you with losing weight.

I forgot to mentions that fruits are a good source of natural fiber. If you notice, many thin people eat fruit because of all the benefits. Also, fruit is a lot better for the body than some of the stuff that's out in the marketplace like bread, etc.
