I am so happy for you! I know it's such a great feeling. I'm four months post-op RNY. The surgery wasn't nearly so bad as I was expecting. I breezed through it. I hope the same holds true for you. Btw...I'm down 64 pounds and feeling so much better, already! God bless you on your journey!

good luck, i am 3 weeks out and have lost 20lbs. the surgery itself was not as bac as i would have thought. just do what the drs. tell you to do. adn keep up with your proteins and you will do fine.

I'm so happy for you. I was dancing in the iles at work when I found out I was having surgery. I had a RNY on Jan.7th,15 weeks ago and I have already dropped 56 lbs. After surgery they will want you to walk at the hospital. take your Ipod. And take some sugar free mints. I'am so happy with my RNY...Let me know how it goes. Dixie
