Question:
Anyone experience gas pain and adominal scorness

The pass three days Ive had gass and my stomach feel very score like I felt while healing after surgery. Its almost been a month since surgery. Has anyone else expereince this. I dont know if my stomach is hurting just by the other day I walked the tread mill faster than normal.    — barfiep01 (posted on February 9, 2007)

It's very easy to overdo this soon after surgery with your exercise. If this just started after walking the treadmill at a higher speed the other day then you probably pulled something. Step it down a notch or two and let things heal then take it a bit slower. You are still healing from major surgery, no need to attempt to run the marathon on your treadmill just yet.

It takes well over a year to heal completely from this major surgery. Your stomach will feel sore for a while. don't rush the solid foods. Think of it as a baby's stomach! Gas is a common problem .
