Question:
Balloon Sinuplasty Alternative to Sinus Surgery?

Hi. Has anyone heard of Balloon Sinuplasty as an alternatives to sinus surgery? My wife has had a CT Scan and we want to explore other options. Have read good things about Balloon but want to find out more. Thanks in advance. ***+++*** ADB    — AndyB138 (posted on July 21, 2009)

Thanks Gail. Very kind of you to respond. We are doing some research on the balloon sinuplasty procedure, and have found some very encouraging video and so forth. Surgery spooks my wife a bit and we are hoping that the claims of it being "less invasive" are true. A 2nd (or 3rd) opinion is always a good idea as well. Thanks again. Be well. ***+++*** ADB
