Question:
Spray Vitamins

Has anyone found a good spray vitamin for post-op consumption? My dietitian says the two I showed her are deficient in C and E along with some minerals.    — pmaerkel (posted on March 1, 2006)

I am 2 1/2 months post-op LAP RNY and use Vitamist. I also take a chewable calcium and iron. I have not had any blood work done yet...so I'm not sure how my levels will turn out. I go this Friday and will find out then. Vitamist can be bought on eBAy for a really low price. I'm curious...which ones did you show the dietitian?
