Question:
what if i think i have a hernia and have already been approved?

i had a hysterectomy a few years ago and i have a ball in my stomach like the size of a grapefruit and have told my general physican and he blamed it on my weight anyhow if i really do have a hernia can they repair it when they do the wls (rny)?    — LUVY L. (posted on December 19, 2001)

hi sweetie it's not a problem i had my gall bladder taken out a hernia repair and open rny so it's fine good luck.

I had a hernia that I didn't even know about when I had my surgery, while the doctor was in there he just fixed it. So don't worry about it.

I had a ventral hernia (abdominal hernia) and an esophogeal hernia repaired while having the bypass done as well as my gallbladder removed. If it is there... they will do it. Good luck!!!
