Question:
I have not been the same since i had a fill under xray.

It took me from 7 to 9 and it was to tight i could not keep anything down ended up in the hospital. they took one out now at 8 but i have not been able to eat normal again. it seems that i throw up just about everthing that i try to eat. I eat slow and half comes back up. The office call me and let me know that i cannot come back in until September to see the doctor this time, I am going to talk about RNY. i wanted the sleve but medicare dont pay for it. Sounds like you should still go back to your doctor and have some taken out, even if you have to pay for the appt yourself.

That is why I had my band removed and went with RNY. I had way too many issues with the band. I should of had the RNY and not the band. If you can't keep food down, drink high protein drinks for a couple of days so the swelling can go down. Drink plenty of fluids so you don't get dehydrated .

You should go back in and have some fluid taken out. I had this happen one time and although they only took out .3 cc, it made a huge difference. While nothing was coming back up, I was having discomfort with almost anything I took in. Until you can do this, drink your protein drinks. Diane St. Clair
