Question:
This may sound like a silly question. Has anyone sneezed differently after RNY?
I had my surgery Sept. 26. and ever since then I can't get out a full sneeze. Thanks — twinsplusone (posted on October 2, 2008)

Who knows if it had anything to do with surgery, but it did change shortly
after I was always a two sneezer person and now I am a three sneezer
person.

You may be unconsciously not allowing yourself to fully sneeze, due to fear
of causing pain or injury in your incision area or internal areas..... just
speculation.

Ericka....I don't know if everyone has had this problem but I did....Right
after surgery it was a while before I could even sneeze and when I did
start it was one of those quiet sneezes and it felt funny....Don't know
when I started sneezing again fully but when I did, I did it with a
bang...I was also a two sneezer and now sometimes I do four....Don't worry,
