Question:
Q & A Changes
Can you please return to use of the "INFORMATION" tab at the top of the pages (that was next to the MEMBER and PROFESSIONAL tabs) which allowed for easy navigation to this Q&A Board? The changes are greatly inconvenient, as is evident by the sparse responses to the posted questions. — SteveColarossi (posted on November 10, 2005)

I agree, I can navagate ok but it was more convienant with the info tab.

Hi,
I don't have an answer toyour question but I can say that I am a coffee
drinker from starbucks... every morning. if its warm i will have a venti
unsweetened iced coffee and if its cold i will have a sugar free vanilla
skim latte.. i have not gained a pound BUT I do want to lose 10, but i also
am active.. I will taebo at least 3 times a week and i will do pilates 2
days so maybe i will give up coffee to see if this helps thanks guys

It is harder to find the Q@A board I also don't like how the questions are
all jumbled together...it was nicer when you could separate the questions
by date when you clicked on "last 300 questions"

I totally agree with all the comments. I just happened to click the
members button and then couldn't find anything but Q&A library. I
thought that was where all the very old questions used to be, but I clicked
it anyway and there it was. I thought it was much better before under
info. It was easier to find things.
