Question:
JUICE MACHINES... I've read something -- What u think?

I've always! dreammttt of being a health consious person? You? I can across this site (http://freedomyou.com/index.htm)in my search to learn about "FASTING". I have read there, that a juice machine is able to extract 70% to 98% of the nutrient from vegetables. When you pass a carrot through the juice machine, it effectively separates the juice that is locked in the fibers. In drinking the juice, the majority of nutrients are absorbed directly into the bloodstream without the work of digestion. This site has different interesting informative centers, that you can go into, to learn about stuff, like: a recipe better than butter(have not tried it yet!). GO THERE AND READ, LEARN, TRY, AND READ/LERAN SOME MORE. Then, tell me what you can think. Any of you have a juice machine(pre-ops/post-ops)? How does juicing make you feel? Does it help, health wise? Where can I get a used one(cause, I'm super duper poor at the moment, but BLESSED!)?!? I am a pre-op/approved BATIMORE, MD    — JUNE P. (posted on December 29, 2002)

Every doc and nutritionist I've spoken with has said that juicing is a great way to get in lots of nutrients as well as lots of sugar and needless carbs. If you want nutrition then you're better off eating the fruit or veggie and getting the nutrition along with the fiber.
