DOES ANY ONE KNOW WHAT THE PRE-QUALIFICATIONS ARE FOR BC/BS VIRGINIA STANDARD?

I have BCBS of Ohio. I called the # on the back of my insurance card and they were able to tell me exactly what I needed to get the approval. So that is my suggestion to you. It's best to find out directly from them so you have the exact info that you need. Best Wishes!

I would ask them to send you a copy of the pages of your policy that relate just to gastric by-pass surgery. I relied on what they told me on the phone & got denied. I got the print-out & found out they left some details out, probably because I did not know to ask the question. I'm working on fixing that now. Mickie K.
