Question:
HELP...the scale says I've gained 3llbs. Only two weeks post-op...is that normal?

no its not normal. What are you drinking. You shouldnt be earing anything except jello and sugar free at that. What type of surgery did you have

If you mean 3 lbs then that can be normal after only 2 weeks post op. I gained 20 lbs after surgery due to fluid. It could be fluid retention and your body is still in shock over the trauma of surgery. It will get better, I promise! :)

I was told the anesthesia from surgery can make you retain fluid and gain weight. When I read about people having gains, I always think...are they doing everything they are supposed to be doing? If so, it will come off when it's time. Your body is in a great state of change. Be gentle with it.
