nikki, i have the same access card insurence, its key stone mercy. i stared in june, i call the surgent i wanted which was DC. DALLAL RAMSY . they sent me a bunch of papers to fill and i did and sent it to them.i went to see my family doctor.i explaind every thing to her and i also card my insurence and asked them if the cover the lap band surgery and they said yes the need a nassisaty letter from my doctor. and thats what i asked my doctor to do 4 me. a nassisaty letter is , it tells what simtumes you have. i recived a call from doctors dallal office and they gave me a appt on july the 24th. now i now they will let me a nutriunest 4 three month .i will see the nutr.twice a month for 3 month .that equals to 6 month.thats what most insurences ask 4. so hopfully everything will go smooth .
