Lorri..you must..MUST visit here for the most decadent, low to no carb desserts and other amazing recipes by a fellow Post op! If you go to the Splenda website, they have tons of recipes for sugar replacement. I made Splenda tapiocca, and it was pretty darn good! They also have a conversion chart on how much Splenda to use in replacement of sugar in all your recipes. Plus, Splenda can tolerate the heat of cooking - unlike the other sweetners!
